Once Taxpayers received clarification against fresh GST Registration application, they have to resubmit as soon as possible within prescribed time period.<\/font><\/div>\n

Follow the below steps to resubmit Clarification:-<\/b><\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/font><\/div>\n
\n
1.Go to <\/font>https:\/\/www.gst.gov.in<\/font><\/b>\/ URL where the GST Home page will be displayed.<\/font><\/font><\/div>\n
2.Click on \u201cRegister Now<\/b>\u201d on the screen<\/font><\/div>\n
3.Login to GST Application to resubmit clarification.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

i-\u00a0 \u00a0Click on \u201cTemporary Reference Number<\/b>\u201d<\/font><\/div>\n
ii-\u00a0 In the TRN box, fill the number received. And then click on \u201cproceed\u201d<\/font><\/div>\n
iii- Enter the otp which will be displayed in your inbox in the Mobile or Email otp field.<\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Note: If the OTP enter is invalid try again by clicking on the \u201cclick here\u201d resend the OTP option.<\/font><\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Click on the \u201cproceed<\/b>\u201d button<\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Login into the GST Portal with the registered credentials.<\/font><\/div>\n
\u2022 Click on<\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

-Registration\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n
-Application for Filing Clarifications<\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Now enter your \u201cReference Number of Notice<\/b>\u201d, in the respective field, to move further.<\/font><\/div>\n
Alternatively, you can also enter the \u201cApplication Reference Number <\/b>(ARN)\u201d in the respective field, to move further.<\/font><\/div>\n
You will see two options in the Modification of the Registration Application area: <\/font>YES <\/font><\/b>or <\/font>NO<\/font><\/b>;<\/font><\/font><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If you select<\/b><\/font> Yes<\/font><\/b>:<\/font>

An original application will be provided where you can edit all those fields due to which the notice might have been issued. Enter the required details and documents and submit again.

i.\u00a0 Enter responses to all those questions asked in the provided text box adjacent to each question.<\/div>\n
ii. Within maximum 7 days of the generation of notice by the tax department seeking for clarification, you can save and submit the form anytime.<\/div>\n

SUBMIT WITH DSC is selected:<\/font><\/b><\/div>\n

<\/font><\/div>\n
1.Click on the \u201cSUBMIT WITH DSC<\/b>\u201d option and then click on \u201cproceed\u201d.<\/font><\/div>\n
2.Choose the certificate and then click on the \u201cSIGN\u201d option.<\/font><\/div>\n
3.Enter PIN (dongle password) for the DSC attached.<\/font><\/div>\n

SUBMIT WITH E-SIGN is selected<\/font>:<\/font><\/b>
<\/font><\/div>\n

1.Click on the \u201cSUBMIT WITH E-SIGN\u201d<\/b> option.\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n
2.Click on the \u201cI Agree<\/b>\u201d option in the declaration check box.<\/font><\/div>\n
3.OTP will be sent to your registered E-mail address as well as registered mobile phone.<\/font><\/div>\n
4.Verify the OTP in the displayed by entering the OTP you received on your e-mail address or mobile phone number.\u00a0<\/font><\/div>\n

Click on the \u201cCONTINUE<\/b>\u201d button to successfully resubmit clarification raised against new GST Registration Online<\/b><\/a> application.
