ITR Filing Due Date for Proprietorship Firm

There are 2 different
due dates for 2 different situations. Lets us go through both of them.
1. Proprietorship
which requires audit as per Income tax act
Date- 30th September
2. Proprietor
which doesn’t require audit as per Income tax act
Date- 31st July
Which ITR
proprietorship firm has to file?
Form ITR-3 or
form ITR-4 shall be filled by the proprietorship firms.
A proprietor/HUF who
is carrying out a business or a profession can file form ITR-3. One who pays
income tax under a presumptive taxation scheme (implemented with an intention
to provide ease to the small business under compliance by setting a fixed
profit margin on the total income) can file Form ITR-4
