These employees get the Advantages of ESI
The Advantages of the ESI scheme is given to those employees whose monthly income is less than 21 thousand rupees and who work in a company with at least 10 employees. Let us tell you that till 2016 the monthly income limit was 15 thousand rupees, which was increased to 21 thousand rupees from January 1, 2017.
Presently, ESIC has 151 hospitals across the country. These hospitals have facilities for treating common to severe diseases. Till now only those involved in ESIC coverage in ESIC hospital used to get treatment, but now the government has opened it to the general public as well.
You can go to the ESI dispensary or hospital in your area to get free treatment from ESIC after getting ESI registration. For common medicines such as cold-cough-cold dispensary, you can take medicines immediately from your ESI card or documents brought from the company. If major treatment is to be done, such as operation, delivery, etc. First of all, for the major treatment, according to the documents brought from your nearest dispensary with your ESI card or from the company, FORM 4 can be made to be admitted to a large ESI hospital. How to download ESIC Card?
Step 1: For this, you have to first go to its official website www.esic.in, enter your user ID and password here and log in.
Step 2: Now you have to click on the link of E-pehchan Card on the next page.
Step 3: Now you can search for the name of the employee whose e-identity card is printed or appear in the main unit, then all the employees working under you will come in this list.
Step 4: You have to click on the option "View Counter Foil" against the name of any employee whose ESI card is to be printed.
Step 5: Now you go to the Apply button and click and after that, you can also remove the printout.
