Trademark is the "brand" or "logo" you use to distinguish your product from your competitors. Trademark can be a symbol, name, word, or device. Trademark is used to identify the identity of a business and distinguish the goods manufactured or sold by others from a manufacturer/ seller, and indicate the source of the goods.
For example- we buy a mobile from the market and to see which company has made that mobile, we look at Trademark or Company Name. So that we can know about the manufacturer of Mobile.
